Staff is always nice/understanding even when they are crazy busy, though other customers don’t seem to take notice. They are doing their best! And because of that, I’ll never go anywhere else! Keep it up ladies

I came today for a flu shot, the staff was busy complaining about the election results. They spent a lot of time on their phones looking at election results. The pharmacist did nothing to keep them working, so even though I had scheduled an appointment, and there was no one else waiting, I still had to wait for 15 minutes to get a flu shot. Also, one of the pharmacy tech was wearing a political mask, which is super unprofessional for a business, and her mask was below her nose, so it was basically ineffective while we are having record breaking cases of Covid. I have been a CVS customer for many years and I will never come back to this store again.

I will never go to the store again! Wasted so much of my life waiting in line to be checked out by cashiers that don't know what they're doing, can't get coupons to go through, and need more assistance! Not to mention how many times I was asked to come back to pick up a prescription that I called in using the automated system and it wasn't ready. The pharmacy is understaffed and obviously stressed. I had to request three times that a medication be taken off automatic refill and still they kept filling it! When I tried to talk to a staff member about my frustration I got attitude in return. Their records are not accurate, I was accused of not picking up one of my medications and they said that was the reason why it wasn't ready for me. They said they put it back on the shelf. When I got home I checked the date on my bottle and they were wrong. I can get my medications drastically cheaper through CVS pharmacy but instead I chose to go with Shopko. I prefer the convenience of a drive-through, but I'm much happier waiting in line at shopko knowing that my medications are going to be ready for me, and I'm going to be helped by knowledgeable courteous staff. I guess you get what you pay for!
