Insanely odd atmosphere. Clothes all over the floor. The girls at the register were not friendly. I watched another customer wait at the register for a few minutes before the employee looked up from her phone long enough to notice him. Then she proceeded to talk on the phone while ringing him up which was just bizarre. Never returning:)

You know those sketchy consignment stores where homeless sell ruined clothing and people sell knockoffs and stolen junk for crack? Yup you found it. I'd avoid a carjacking by shopping online or at a real store since you save no money here anyways , got followed around the entire store, it's not organized by designer and I saw stolen merchandise in the store . It was $70 for just a few shirts or $35 for counterfeit sunglasses. They should have to report items here because I believe a lot of it is stolen .

I bring my clothes in at least a few times a year and usually have a good experience and make some decent cash. Within this last year, they only give out so much cash and that runs out early in the day. That is completely fine and understandable but the line outside is ridiculous in the morning. I feel that they should start making appointments to look at clothes. Half hour or 15 min per person and morning appointments get cash until a certain time. If someone wants cash they may have to wait longer to get into a morning appointment, like me and I wouldn't complain!! The one girl who is usually there is very nice and I actually feel bad for her. Every morning a ton of bins lining up right when she opens. I personally think the employees would also benefit from appointments not get overloaded right away and have time to focus as well on other job duties. Just my thought, I like the place but it just could use a better system for consigning.

I went there 3 time to sell clothes and they never had any cash in the till to buy. Finally when i went early morning, they didn't buy anything due to wear and tare, which is a joke as many of my items were new. I smell a store that's closing soon. Its a pitty.

I saw lots of Old Navy, American Eagle, and Kohl's brand shirt and jackets. The changing room I entered had no lock. The cashier I chatted with was polite.
