The staff at the DuBois location on Military are absolutely amazing. I mainly worked with Randy and he was phenomenal. He was patient, kind, and always professional. He made sure all my guys were good to go for my wedding day. He made it easy and made my vision come true. Randy took the time throughout the entire process and truly cares about the results. He ensured that every guys suit was perfect. I can't thank DuBois and Randy enough for everything they did and the amazing customer service they provided!
Nothing but good service came from this location. Would definitely work with store manager Randy again. He was very accommodating; especially with COVID going on. Mens Wearhouse wouldn't even answer a phone call.
The owners and staff are amazing. Really enjoyed all aspects of their store and will be back.
Rachel set up our wedding, and really helped us every step of the way with questions and changes. Randy also helped with making sure everything was running smoothly as the wedding approached. Thank you Rachel and Randy!
