The Pharmacy at this location has some series Customer Service issues! The big problem at this location is that the area in the Pharmacy is way to small!! You have way to many staff members behind the counter, at one point I counted 8! It just seems that every time I go to this store I have issues or other costumers are also I have noticed employees being very rude to customers. If some of your employees find it difficult to work in that environment they should choose a different job!
My boyfriend and I went in to purchase miscellaneous items, one of which was beer. We were paying separately. I did not bring my ID. Jodi refused to sell the beer to him although he had his ID and we were not paying together.
Worst customer service ever. Tried to limit the items I was buying, mind you no signage was posted. False advertising.
Super fast and friendly staff. Came directly from urgent care and my antibiotics were ready when i got there
The most frustrating Walgreens to get my medications from. More than once I've had my medications messed up because they overlooked prescriptions sent in from the dr. Then they blame it on the Dr.s office. After calling the Dr.s office I found out, it was in fact sent in! Their phone is always apparently not working. One of their pharmacists refuses to fill a prescription because she claims my insurance won't allow it to be filled 3 days before. Even though I've been getting it filled that way for years. Sure enough I am still able to get it filled 3 days early at the other Walgreens.
