Village Auto seems like a very stereotypical used car dealership. The salesman tried to dominate all of our interactions, and was very dismissive of any of my concerns about the vehicle. In addition, they were very inflexible on the price, and weren't willing to lower it enough to cover the repairs that were needed. There was also evidence of past front end damage to the vehicle which wasn't listed on the AutoCheck report. In their defense, the damage and repair could have been completed before they purchased the vehicle, but the salesman was very dismissive of the fact that this wasn't on the history report, and that's what has me put off about it. I have also seen plenty of other reviews from people that have had significant problems after buying a vehicle from Village Auto, so if you can shop for a car elsewhere, I would recommend doing so.nnDarren- I saw your reply. Just bought my second vehicle a 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 and just like with the first one I received great customer service. Took very good care of me. Very happy with both vehicles.

I got my 2012 Chevy Silverado today and I cannot explain how much they will do for you. I talked to Chris way after hours. He worked with his team and got things done and was able to work with my schedule and my ideas on how to get some paperwork filled out even when my wife was at work.

I was on the lot for about 20 minutes looking at trucks. Not one sales person came out and asked if I could be helped. I wanted to buy a truck from here but will not be do to lack of customer service.
