I needed a truck for my business and asked if I could drive it to Appleton and have my mechanic check the vehicle out. They had no problem with it and my mechanic said it was a solid truck and would work well for my needs.nnI recommend Specialty Auto for any of your used vehicle purchases. I almost didn't go here because of a bad review BUT I took a chance and I'M SOOO GLAD I DID!!! Seller Zack was nice and explained everything easily. He even got me financed same day that we test drove and drove van home! My van is great quality and great price. Van had some issues that I was concerned about. So Specialty Auto owner had it all checked out (within first month) and paid for all the repairs (done by Car-X)! I'm telling everyone I know how great they are!!!

I had made multiple phone calls and did not receive any call backs or acknowledgement that I had reached out. Loan process was ok. I was not told they were not taking my trade in until I got my loan, I thought they were taking it until right before I signed papers. When I picked up my truck I had to go to a third party to have the key fob fixed even though I told them it didn't work while test driving the truck. Tried getting my door handle and cluster fixed but decided to take it elsewhere since communication is terrible. I had bought another vehicle from them a few years back when they were just opening and it went so smoothly. Now I doubt I will ever go back or recommend them just based on such poor communication skills. I paid nearly 20g and thought this process would have been a lot smoother and they would appreciate the business. I won't even be using the free oil change from doing this review.
