As a small business owner I've experienced a horrifying decrease in business this year and have been forced to shut down. I came to John, totally depressed, fearing that I would lose my home and car because I could no longer make the payments. John was such a good listener and had empathy for my situation. He carefully explained what options I had and how, together, we could change my situation for the better. My stress level has markedly decreased now and I'm already thinking about future plans and new opportunities. John is extremely knowledgeable of the laws as they apply to bankruptcy and the new legislature focused on helping small businesses during this covid crisis. At a very low point in my life, I found the help that I needed from Attny John Foscato. It was an entirely positive experience. His knowledge, expertise and commitment were far beyond what I could have hoped for. My finances are back to a state that I can manage and I doubt I could have imagined better results. Bankruptcies are a scary process, do yourself a favor and pick a great lawyer like John Foscato.

From my brief impression, he rushes his cases just to make a quick buck. He lacks the ability and even the desire to communicate effectively and he doesn't seem willing to put the time or research into honest work. If you want results from your attorney, I would look elsewhere.
