Clean facilities with carts available to bring stuff from car to unit. Not a real big elevator but should be sufficient if you're on higher levels. Good lighting in the halls with work lights you can pull into your unit which is nice. The lights are shared but how often do you see your neighbor in the storage place. My 4 stars is thier hours. 5pm on Sunday? That doesn't leave much time for weekend work Saturday is 6pm. I would prefer later hours at least till 9pm.

Really nice, well maintained, reasonable rates for climate controlled units, found the management to be very nice.
Helped a guy move his belongings into this place. It looks very clean and the staff are friendly, professional & diligent.
Best place to keep your stuff safe and cool. The bonus is that its family owned and people live on site.
