The staffing here is really courteous and professional it's always good to have good customer service. The apartment is a pretty big the bedroom is a good size. I love the pool area it's beautiful great work😁
You looking for a community within your neighborhood and Neighbors this is the place. However this is the hood, when I say that, yes it's low budget you get what you pay for and all that. On a new tenancy so maybe things will change my girlfriend and her husband who's lease was up was asked to pay $800 for a one bedroom Rundown, apartment in severe need do not forget that absolute cataclysmic of remodel and renovation and Pest Control. You're in a pinch you're in a pinch. You looking for your neighbors to say hi to you hell yeah this is a good place lots of community lots of communication. Not so much in the quiet type of apartment
You def. get what you paid for. I knew it wasn't going to be a good place to live in because I grew up near this area and I know its hood. The apartment wasn't horrible but it was far from great. My fridge broke, dishwasher was ancient and gross and didn't work. Stove was nasty and the big flying roaches were always showing up. Plumbing didn't work quite a few times and the ac went out about 5 times from April to Sept. My room leaked any time it rained and it would leak right in the middle of my bed. The pool was locked cause it was not good enough for people to swim in and nothing worked.
I am a long time tenant at this location. I have seen the worst and I have seen the best. I really like the new manager Martina. She does everything that she can to provide the best service dealing with the issues you may have. nice place and looks a lot better too
IT'S very nice and quiet nobody in your business and I love the manager very nice and kind to everyone
