Gina and Luis went out there way to help me and were terrific They made going to storage a pleasant experience. I can't say that I've ever relished the idea of going somewhere offsite - where all my beloved possessions are instead of being where I am - however I am very pleased going to this place. The units are secure, clean and dry; the grounds well maintained and they have plenty of space for parking spaces also. VERY Highly recommended
I have been renting from this facility for a year. I had a very nice encounter yesterday with a young man name Hunter. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and nice. Hunter reassured me I picked the right location. Hunter informed me everyday they check each unit to make sure they have locks on them. Maybe all storage units do this, but the way Hunter took pride in doing such a simple task made me feel better. If he took this much pride in doing such a simple task on a HOT day, I felt like he would take the same pride in all areas of his work. He was just "extra friendly" but sincere. With the craziness of the world it was just a nice change. I thought I would take the time to write this review in hopes his supervisor recognizes they have a gem.
Gina helped me so much with deciding what was best for my situation and she really took the time with me and was so kind and sincere. There is a lot happening in my life and a lot of changes and i was indecisive of what i was needing and Gina took the time with me and showed me each storage unit that could be a good fit for what i might need. She was a Godsend in helping me pick out what i needed and gave me resources for movers as well. I will always refer family and friends to us storage!!
Gina the assistant manager was such a great help in getting my storage troubles out of the way. Affordable, pain free and no hassles. She was very informative and friendly. I will recommend this place to all my friends if ever they need the same!
Staff very friendly polite and made renting unit so easy. Would definitely reccomend them for storage needs. Up front and knowledgeable of units and pricing. So easy to rent. And have everything needed for moving and packing. Stress free 😊
