The people at Lox Safe Storage are amazing, we rented a unit a few years ago and we were extremely satisfied with everything. WE just recently rented again due to moving and are very happy with the customer services that we received. they are very helpful and getting us whatever we needed. I needed a storage unit for a few months and I got a clean, maintained unit. All of my business was done efficiently online and when I moved I left the unit broom-clean. When I got the unit there were a few pallets inside that I gladly used to keep my property off of the floor. When I left, they stayed for the next tenant. I received my deposit in the mail about two weeks later. My experience with them was good and as expected. I would use them again.
The storage unit served its purpose. Convenient online access for the rental of the unit as well as the payments.
Nice people after loosing my job and falling behind on payments worked out a reasonable price to retreave my belongings easy and convenient payment clean and safe place to store your stuff with 24 hour access
