I have been with Team Self Storage for many years now! They are a very reliable and understanding company The customer service is Awesome! Any questions I have had were answered quickly and correctly! Bridget in the office is very easy to talk to and friendly! This is the perfect example of a family owned business we need to keep around!! The storage units have been very well kept since I have been there!
I moved my family from California back to Green Bay. I originally grew up here and wanted a better life for my family. Anyone who has moved across country can attest to how stressful it can be. I needed a storage unit for all of our belongings until we could get our feet under us. I had called around and nobody seemed to have units available One particular facility that is close by Team Self Storage seemed even annoyed that I was calling.nWhen I talked to Bridget they originally didn't have an availability due to some maintenance. She promised to keep me informed and assured me they could help me out. Sure enough, she stayed true to her word. I can't tell you how relieved I was as our move date was approaching.nI can't recommend Team Self Storage enough. You can always get a hold of a real person when you have an issue or a question.
The owners are such pleasant people easy to talk to and very well kept units.
Customer service is above reproach
We rented a large unit for about 3 years. The staff is very professional, the units are well monitors and secure.
