Don't come here on a Saturday. Had 2 loads to bring in; 7am, 10am. The 7 took 1 1/2 hours to unload total time in door was 1:45. The second load (10am) I'm I'm sitting door for an hour and 15 and still no activity yet. If you want to time these people, better bring a calendar.
Friendly at check in every time we have been here and we appreciate that. Could be faster unloading though seems like that last two times we have been here it gets a little slower each time, 2 hours past delivery time to get out rolling. For anyone that gets here early no parking in the lot but there is a casino 10 miles away that always has parking and clean bathrooms. Oneida truck and travel plaza it's called. Very quiet secured lot.
I dont work there
Was early for loading appointment. Put into dock 35 minutes after appointment time. Slow loading. The forklift operator was shaking the trailer the whole time in there. Far from a smooth operation. Almost 2 hours to load 19 rolls. Not on my list of places to go back too.
