Had a 9am appointment, arrived shortly after 730am. Lady in receiving was very nice and pleasant. Was given a door right away. Slide tandems to back... They have ramps you back your trailer onto to reach the dock so this is definitely necessary, they come out and break the seal. The guy that came out to do this was very friendly and explained their procedures for me in detail.. Which was nice.. Too many places assume you know how THEY do things. Was unloaded and on my way in less than 30 minutes. Full truck..42k+ lbs.nLot looks tight, but I backed from street and it's actually quite roomy.
Speedy unload. I see a couple of negative reviews, but they both start with “I/or my husband was late”. That answers any question about not getting unloaded quickly.
I usually park on the street and walk to the building to check in. Received door 2 hrs early and was gone within a hr.

Very friendly. Fast and effecient. No parking but they get you on you way immediately.
