When I was having car troubles I called Mike's and spoke with Karl who helped explain everything to me. He spent so much time on the phone with me making sure I understood and even let me email him a quote from a different shop to see if that would be a good deal or not. Extremely grateful for his expertise and thoughtfulness in taking the time to help out!
Fast, affordable, knowledgeable service by Professionals. I wished that I would have went here before I visited the dealer. Karl is expertly trained to explain in detail what is wrong, why, and best course of action. They are kind and friendly and go out of their way to accommodate you. Call first, don't waste time going elsewhere.
Mike’s service center has always been top quality work with fair prices. My whole family uses them to service their vehicles. The staff are friendly and willing to take the time to explain what the problem may be and offer options
I called them at 2pm when my truck was making horrendous grinding noises. The man I spoke to gave me a loose diagnosis and offered to look at it as soon as he could if I dropped it off. Within 3 hours he called, had diagnosed it, and gave me a very fair price estimate for the work. They finished the work at 7am the next morning and sent me an email confirming this. For something I considered to be a major fix, I was astonished with how well and how quickly they took care of it. I cannot recommend this service enough.
I used Mike's for years. Karl and Mike have always been friendly and professional and did great work. I appreciated that I was never up-sold anything at this business. They take fantastic care of their customers.
