I was a huge fan of Village Auto when my mom bought her Equinox from them in January. Now my view has dwindled to about nothing. Her vehicle was totaled in August and we are in the midst of trying to sort out the Gap insurance and get the proper paperwork submitted we are going on 2 weeks now of trying to connect to get a document that the GapCO asks for that we don't have and to sign off on the warranty to cancel it. This after waiting for 45 minutes to talk to finance and not being able to see them and emailing and leaving message for them. I don't know why this is soooo hard. You cannot tell me we are the first asking for this info.

Received a good price on a car and it came with a lifetime power train warranty at no cost to me.

Very happy with my experience. Very helpful, knowledgeable of the product, helpful, professional. Very observant of cleanliness & social distancing in the wake of covid19. Would recommend to anyone I know, would certainly go back again.
