Went through the drive thru and ordered a meal and used a coupon on my app for a free blizzard upgrade for the sundae. The scanner wasnt working so he took it off my order some other way. Then he invalidated the coupon on my receipt for giving me the free upgrade. Then he refused to give me a dome lid for my blizzard to keep it from melting all over my cupholder in my car. He tried to give me a flat lid that would make even more of a mess. I gave the blizzard back and had him throw it away instead. Wth.......
