They have treated myself and my son, like we don't know a thing about the industry (37 years Trucking and my son 19 years) , instead of trying to gain steady customers they continue to go out of their way to evade warrenty issues and recall isues,nAs a follow-up on this issue BOB the service manager was very professional and completely explained the reason why there was an issue to begin with, and he listened to my concerns and adjusted the overcharge thus going out of his way to restore a confidence in the facility
Problems with warranty on TRP lights took to long to resolve because of trouble contacting manager. Phone system puts you into voicemail and you get lost in the shuffle. Anthony did finally get most of problems taken care of but took 3 months.
Again, as a business dealing with JX is a struggle.... I returned a couple parts again in the past couple months, and still have not been repaid for our returns. Why is it I can not get repayment for unused, unopened parts?????
Prompt, courteous service. Greg and Troy kept me informed of all that was needed and happening throughout the process of servicing my truck. Excellent communication and excellent service.
