They are friendly and professional but I have had my APU twice for AC problems and at the Wausau location once and I still have AC problems. Each time $750+ and they said it was fixed no more problems. The last time no more than 2 months ago and yet I sit here in Laredo sweating from my AC not working. I would not recommend this chain as they seem to not be able to fix this problem but not afraid to charge full price to not fix problem. I'm going to have to go out of state to get this fixed after paying $2,500+ to this franchise to fix the AC problem. Seems to me they are either fraudulent or incompetent. Either not who I want to keep paying.
