I've been going to Auto Aces of De Pere for over a year now. Always have been respectful and honest.nnMost recently I called to have my car looked at. Gave me a timely report as to what was wrong with my vehicle and how much it would cost. Never did I feel pushed one way or the other to make a decision.nnI highly recommend Auto Aces of De Pere. You may find lower prices but you won't find better service.

Bill and the team at Auto Aces in De Pere are phenomenal! A quick phone call and they will have you scheduled immediately, often you can bring it in the same day for service. I drop off my vehicle in the morning and it’s repaired by lunch.nnBill takes the time to listen to your concerns and does a fantastic job of explaining the job in layman’s terms, so even us non-car people can understand. I’ve never felt pressured to have extra work or maintenance done. They simply do what is needed or requested by the customer and for a reasonable price.nnThe team in the shop does excellent work. All maintenance that I have had done is quality. You can trust that it was done right and your vehicle will be back on the road for many more miles.nnI have serviced multiple vehicles here for over 8 years. While there may be other food car repair shops in the area, I have no reason to go anywhere else. Great job Auto Aces. Thank you!nnThey also offer a shuttle service if you need to get to work while repairs are being done.

Great service. They did an amazing job of explaining the issues my car (Bruce) had and what they had to do to fix it. I will absolutely be back if I need anything else done with Bruce.

I've used Auto Aces twice now and they've been great! The first time they helped me replace a part to keep my old car functioning a little bit longer, and most recently, they diagnosed a new issue that came up. My experience has always been very positive! They're always very honest and take time to patiently weigh the options with me. For example, they kindly told me that spending more money on temporary repairs on my car won't be helpful any longer. I am very grateful for their honesty and kindness! They will be my go to shop while I live here in De Pere.

They do a great job answering all our of questions and concerns, they do the job right, and are more than fair in their pricing. You can count on them to fix what needs to be fixed and let you know what might be coming, all without overselling. We feel like they truly care about their customers and we appreciate all of the work they've done for us.
