Waited for hours to be informed that they could not change the tires on my car. But did the oil change.
They won’t service my tires even with a warranty because other people are waiting for their bought tires to get put on.
I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come to De Pere Walmart auto center. I will never come back to this location. My husband and I went in at 8:30 am and there was only one car there. So we were told we are next. So we decide to wait and it was a bad choice. 4 hours later they were still working on the same car that was in front of us. And then they took 2 to almost 3 hours to change our tires. We have to wait a total of almost 7 hours to have our service done. And they don’t even tell you what’s wrong to take that long.
I come here once in a while since it's right in town for me and this Auto care has been a fine place to go. The staff has always treated me with respect and have been straight forward. I have never had a an issue with oil changes. My tires have been changed twice at the auto center with no issues. I have had to wait but by choice. I have had a smooth experience time after time.
Friendly staff with good knowledge about automobiles for being trained in only the basics. Went above and beyond helping with my issue with my spare tire and headlight issue! Highly recommend!
