My Onan Generator had only 74.6 hours on it and the carburetor went bad. Cummins replaced the carburetor for a total cost of $688.00. The carburetor was $343.35 and the labor was $346.00. Miscellaneous labor $41.52, they would not even warranty the part! Cummins does not stand behind their product and they are price gauging during COVID. Tried to call customer service and got the run around big time. Employees were nice and knowledgeable!
Excellent service on my motorhome's ISC350. It had a small oil leak that two other shops tried to fix but didn't. But the DePere group (Dan, Joe and Chris) found the problem and fixed it... finally! Note cheap for sure but they got the job done. Highly recommended.
They got me in rite away,diagnosed my problem,and had me out the next morning.
Make sure all paperwork is in order before arriving!
Great place for non-road Cummins products, especially gensets and industrial products. They can customize a lot of standard products based on your packaging, etc. needs.nNot a retail store.
