I will bullet point the reasons why I am no longer an employee of CIOX Health and pursued another line of work.nn1. They simply don't care about your Health and Well-being. Human Resources preaches it has to align with our Business Needs. You need to have your doctor's work with you to schedule appointments on the same day, so it fits with our Business Needs. I was hauled out in an ambulance for a medical issue, had ER paperwork - they called the ambulance as well - I came back and was written up for leaving work.nn2. They automatically use your PTO for any time that you miss without asking. It is company policy that they do not allow anytime off without pay, so your PTO is just used no matter what. You are not allowed to make up time and if you are out of PTO, you are out of PTO. You need to cancel vacations and they say to plan being sick around the amount of PTO you have.nn3. The policies are also not consistent from one manager to another. Before getting moved to a different manager, the team I was on was able to make up hours. Didn't have to use PTO to cover missed time off, because you could make up hours, if there was work to do. There are many more differences between one team to another, that it is just too much to be said.nn4. Finally, it is there policy that if you need to leave sick, you are not allowed to drive yourself home, to Urgent Care or the Emergency Room. You with have to have a family member come and pick you up, or they need to call an ambulance to take you. You are simply not allowed to leave on your own. They will not pay for the ambulance, if they call, you, as the employee, and are responsible for the cost, which at a minimum is $800 to $900.nnEvery day I wake up, I feel obligated to come to work, even though my anxiety or depression or gout is acting up. Why, because if I don't CIOX will reprimand me for not putting the needs of the business first. Knowing this is why I am leaving. If you attempt to put your family or yourself first and foremost, you will get reprimanded, as that came before the NEEDS OF CIOX'S BUSINESS.nnRunning a business like this, simply put, makes your associate hate their jobs and always being on edge about what happens if I get sick? What happens if I have to call in because of family issues? You put fear into your associates and make their jobs so much worst than it should be. THIS IS WHY I AM LEAVING CIOX. I AM PUTTING MY HEALTH AND WELL-BEING BEFORE THE NEEDS OF THE BUSINESS, because that is what is important to me.nnThis is why I left CIOX Health. They are not associate friendly and your direct manager only does what they are told by Human Resources. They are the true reason CIOX Health is the worst place I have ever worked. I truly left, not because of my direct manager. Not because of who I work with on the floor. Not because I hate my job. Because, CIOX simply does not care about their associate's health and well-being. Because, CIOX simply cares about the needs of the business and making a profit at the expense of their associates. We are simply a number and replaceable.

I work at this company great company to work for. Love the people I work with in my imaging department and the awesome potlucks we have occasionally. :)

Requested copy of Medical Records. Faxed it in on Feb 02. Been calling for weeks and they keep telling me they haven't received it even though I have a fax confirmation for it. Was told it could take a while to be entered into their system to keep checking back. Finally today, Feb 28th, I called again and was told it was received on Feb 23rd??? When I asked what was the turnaround time I couldn't believe the answer....Ma'am, we handle the medical records for over 20 thousand offices, we can't give you a turnaround time, you will get it when you get it. I called back several times and asked multiple people and got the same response from everyone. What kind of company is this that takes 3 weeks to enter a request into their system and then can't tell you when you will get the information. Horrible customer service, horrible experience thus far. Can't wait to see how long it will take to receive my request. I'll update when I do.

Monique was amazing she went above and beyond helping me get my v-back record transferred to new doctor I feel it's her and her team that is giving me and my baby a chance to live and make it through this pregnancy this lady Monique needs a raise she was kind answered my questions and spoke to her supervisor and got my records faxed today. I can't thank her and your team environment enough for the help I received today. I was treated with compassion and empathy which is not given alot these days. Thank you again.

Customer service is bad. Company changes its name every few years...SMART, Healthport, etc. Employees don't even know the name of the company in which they work for.
