Very clean, personable place. The staff is great. I have been working with Ryan and he is super friendly and does a great job!
Excellent fitness studio and knowledgeable staff
I have never gone to a gym for over 10 months before, the accountability and the growth I get from Fitnessology have keep me coming back. One of my goals was to hit the golf ball farther, with the exercises put together by my trainers at 57 years old I am hitting it farther than I have in years. The staff is always friendly and the place is very clean. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
Love this gym! It’s local, owned by a great owner and has all the equipment you can dream of.
If you want THE BEST personal training in the Fox Valley, you have to go to Fitnessology. Not only is it one of the best facilities for private training, there's a comfort there from the moment you walk in the door. Clean, I mean CLEAN locker rooms/showers, state-of-the-art equipment, the best staff around and a great smoothie bar. No personal training facility even touches Fitnessology. If you're ready to make the investment in yourself, you won't be sorry you chose them!
