I had to contact the bank for a family member (they are no longer able to). Brandon, the Branch Manager, was EXTREMELY helpful! He helped me get the information I needed in a timely manner and was kind and professional!

Terrible staff !!! Terrible management!! Terrible Bank !!! What more can I say . They don’t even deserve 1 star !!. There’s a reason they don’t even have a 3.0 rating !! . Do not use this Bank !!. They left us stranded without cash in Florida this bank is as bad as everyone saids and management at Huron location is the worst staff in Green Bay . Stay Away!!

$15 fee to cash a check drawn off your own bank for non customers? Doesn't give me that awesome feeling like I should open an account here. What a great way to upset as many people as you can and tell them they aren't welcome at your bank.

This was an absolutely horrible experience. I was told that the bank would consider the history of the business I bought and ran me through the process. I waited about two weeks only to find out Brandon never did anything to work with me. I called and left a message and then only after that my credit was hit with a hard inquiry by Nicolet Bank. I received a call about 2 hours later from Brandon telling me he checked with underwriting and wanted to see a longer history of me with my company. After pressing Brandon he admitted he did nothing with my information and was just giving me an answer to go away. If you treat people like this who are not even with your bank, I would hate to see how you treat your actual customers. I went to US Bank and the process was smooth and they considered the business history and I now have another truck in my fleet to better service my customers.
