Tom is one of the best owners I’ve ever encountered. Answers any questions in a timely manner and goes over the top to help with what you need. The process is easy, automatic payments, and 24/7 video surveillance. Great price for how clean and controlled the facility is! Tons of different types of carts to help move heavy things or multiple boxes at once. After being there for a year, I would never hesitate to rent from Kept Safe again.
Wonderfully clean facility. Quick move in and out. Very affordable. Dollies and carts for use. Tom is very kind and helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone and have no reservations about using them again.
Very great locked controlled storage. Very convenient to be able to pull your car in and all equipment that's needed to move/hual stuff is avaible to use. Definily happy you don't have to haul one box at a time lol. Very clean place. Tom the owner is great with helping with any questions and making sure clients are satisfied .
Clean and secure! Able to drive my vehicle inside - on a snowy, cold day and unload my belongings safely. Thank you Kept Safe!
