I can’t speak highly enough of both the sales and service staff at Mr. Outboard’s Watersports. We bought our second boat last year, both purchases were made with only our best interests in mind without any pressure from the sales team. Until recently we only had to use the service department for routine service, which has always been done in a very professional and timely manner. The recent issue involved a part that was out of warranty, I only had to make one call, and Linda from the service department, took it upon herself to resolve the whole situation, which included replacement and installation, with no charges.nThe entire staff is always extremely kind and courteous. If your looking for a pleasant sales process and outstanding service, I would highly recommend going to Mr. Outboard’s Watersports!!

Just had a great experience buying a new lund boat from Mr. Outboard. Jeremy Jost was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. Boat looked great on pick-up day and Jeremy did a spectacular job explaining all of the details about the boat. The service department was equally awesome in the experience. They got me all of the needed supplies for the first oil change and are setting me up with some emergency supplies for the future. Overall a great boat buying experience!

We live in Arizona and we contacted Jeremy at Mr. Outbaords about a boat they had listed for sale. He really went above and beyond, making certain we new all the good things and potential issues with the boat as we did not want to Fly to Wisconsin, rent a hotel and rental car to find that it was not truly what we were looking for. We had just been through that with a dealer in Oklahoma - so we really did not want the time and energy to be for not. Jeremy and Brad went out of their way to make certain that our visit to Wisconsin was exactly what we were hoping for - a beautiful boat - in fact better than Jeremy stated, Brad had paperwork ready so we could make this a quick visit, and they even took extra care after we left to see that our hauler got the boat off the lot safely and on its way to Arizona. Its here at its new home safe and sound, and WE LOVE it. Thank you Mr Outboards team of professionals. WOW!

Bought two boats from Mr Outboard and it was excellent. Delivery was on schedule and they spent the whole day going through the boat workings in detail. They also tracked down a boat for us from another dealer - always willing to go the extra mile.

Extremely helpful. They took time to work with me forbthe right parts and solution that wouldve saved me money but also helped educate me on something that ultimately likely saved my engine from serious issues. Great friendly people to work with.
