Owners are great to work with. Location is awesome, and easy access if your move involves a semi trailer. The units are clean and well maintained.
I have been renting an outside and inside storage unit/spot for well over a year. Every time I call I get immediate service and it is always friendly! At one point I needed to switch to a larger unit and no questions asked was immediately sent options. The owners seem to be continuously updating and making noticeable investments into their business which makes me feel very comfortable in storing my items inside or outside. If you are looking for an affordable and clean, safe, and secure storage facility I would highly recommend Heritage Storage!
I’ve never had issues with this company and personally, the owners Karl and Scott have always been such a pleasure to work with! The wife of the owner is always willing to respond almost immediately regardless of what time of day it is. I love how you can pay online, making everything super convenient!
