First time my wife and I tried Chipotle. We ordered and paid online. Showed up at the store and the doors are locked? Few other guests stated an employee came out and said were closed. Checked my bank account and showed payment was withdrawn. So I call the store and no answer, can see the employees in the building. No signage on the doors or windows stating they closed. Finally a male employee came out and said were closed. Then grabbed the to go orders and handed them out. The food was decent but services were terrible!

Every time I order food, it's still warm, smells great and tastes Awesome. I didn't get the chips in my order I paid for, but I order several times a week, I am not too annoyed, I guess it's a numbers game. Bound to happen at some point.

This location has gone downhill. I worked here when it first opened. Very high standards. As the years went on, the whole staff is different and have become rather lazy. The line is an absolute mess with food all over and the employees dont seem to care. You can tell they don't clean the restaurant the way they used to. When spooning food into bowls and burritos, bits are being dropped into other pans and they dont bother to take it out. Rice seems to sit there for a very long time and almost always tastes dried out. Getting a to go order, seems like you are being charged for half the food. In person, you get correct portions, but delivery and pick up, there is just about nothing there. Even if you order extra online, it is most likely going to be ignored. Also beware if you order a salad for delivery, 4/5 times you wont get dressing.

The restaurant is clean and has a nice south of the border atmosphere. The wait staff is patient and very pleasant. The food came out nice and hot,very delicious and with a short wait time from when we ordered. Will stop in again on our trips to Iron Mountain Mi.

Chipotle already has a bad reputation. This location is not helping them. The guacamole was brown. The rice was clumpy the chips were stale. No one ever changing their gloves. Just a complete mess. They need an overhaul.
