I guess one star would be a compliment. I placed an order and drove 20 minutes to pick it up. When I got home I had half of it. I called the store and tried to let them know that I only received half my order and the lady hung up on me before I could even complete a sentence. I called back 18 additional times and she would just pick up and hang up. I assume she recognized my number from the order. I also sent this to the corporate office.

Staff are friendly and the food tastes good. Favorite wings are the Cajun. Wingstop has the best wings in Green Bay.

I hadn't ordered from Wingstop before last night & don't think I will again. I called the restaurant first to try and figure out their menu. The person on the phone didn't know anything about their website. Then I ask for delivery & he said 35 to 40 minutes , but if you pick it up it will be ready in 20 minutes. I ordered at 7: 25 and watched my order being supposedly delivered at 7:55 to 8:04 all the way to 8:26 which is over an hour from when I placed it. Considering Wingstop is 1.1 miles from my residence. By the time my $32.00 worth of food arrived, fries were cold and chicken was barely warm.nNEVER AGAIN!!!nI'll pick it up if it's going to take so long to get it and it's cold.

The wings are great however, I must worn that they are a bit greasy. The fries are also quite seasoned. I'm sure its a great place to go when you had one to many, which is convenient cause there are quite a few nice bars down the road a bit by the packer field.

Horrible horrible and I mean HORRIBLE customer service. Placed order online and was told it would be ready by 8pm. I arrived to pick it up only to be told it will be another 20/25 minutes. Was charged for a 2-liter sprite that I never received but was told I wouldn’t get charged for a fountain drink if I wanted it. Definitely will not be going back to this particular location.
