I hate taking away stars, but it was necessary. I was appointed an underling attorney who admittedly wasn't any good in the situation I was in. He NEVER returned calls or emails until reprimand by partners. We payed a small fortune to be treated like a joke. He was late to court. No follow up. Since and very recently I have called to ask for continued guidance and never has my call been answered or returned. I wouldn't hire this firm for a littering ticket again. I'm an educated consumer, and this firm can truly be named a big money no result firm.

I worked with John Schomisch for my personal injury case. He and his paralegal were very kind and understanding to my situation. You could tell John understood my situation and wanted to work hard to get the best outcome for me. Even with all the legal jargon, the man has a fun sense of humor that is refreshing for what most consider a “lawyer personality” (rigid and soul sucking) while maintaining professionalism. I highly recommend.

I have complete trust in working with John T. Schomisch, Jr. He handled my case perfectly and kept me extremely informed through out the entire process. Nice place, not worth the cost! I had a small claims court with a scam artist. Upon talking with my lawyer he stated that there was $1000 down payment and that if it wasn’t all used that I would be refunded and that my cost should not be more than a $1000. After everything was finished I had another $1800 that I owed the lawyer. $2800 for a 45 min small claims court case seems a little outrageous to me. Seems to me like they’re just as much a scam artist as the one trying to sue me!

Joe was recommended to me from a lady that is in his business group. I called him multiple times to get help with my insurance claim. I called them because my insurance company and restoration companies are trying tontake advantage of me but at this point I think I'd rather deal with it than use these guys. At least they call me on a monthly basis. Needless to say if you need anything done don't call these guys. What a joke.
