I just got a haircut wasn’t happy with the results. The employee was very nice but I didn’t feel like they did a good job. The employee just left my hair as it was when I walked through the door and just started cutting. When they got to a tangle they just cut it out, didnt try to brush it out. They cut it shorter than we talked about and when I got home it was very uneven. After brushing my hair I found that one chunk of hair was almost an inch and a half longer than the rest. I fixed it myself when I shouldn’t have to. I want to go somewhere else to get it fixed but it’s already shorter than I wanted in the first place. I will not be going back there.

Last place I’d go to for a hair cut. I’ve only ever went twice and they’ve drastically messed up both times. The first time around I came in for a perm. I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted the outcome to be. Instead of following my direction, she puts the loosest curls possible into my hair. Needless to say, the perm lasted about a week. And yes, I followed all steps and procedures to make sure I wouldn’t ruin it on my behalf. As for the second time, I asked for a slight trim on the top and fade on the sides. Instead of a fade I was given a buzz cut. And instead of a slight trim I was given a head full of unevenly cut hair. I’m embarrassed to go out without a hat. Please, do not go here.

Christi is amazing! She really listened to what I wanted and kept double checking everything was okay. I've had so many bad experiences with getting my hair cut, she was definitely refreshing! I can't wait to keep going back and remaining a loyal customer!
