Our family recently rented a motor home from Van Boxtel RV. We were very pleased with the service we received. Both Cheryl and Scott were very helpful in setting it up. Scott and Noah reviewed it's use and answered all our questions. Off hours during our trip, Scott was immediately available by phone to answer a question we had. And they contacted us following our trip because we had left something in the camper. We has an awesome trip and would definitely rent from them again.

This has been our place to rent an r.v. from for more than 12 years. Quality rigs. Great service. Cheryl is incredible.....she may be retiring now but we cant thank her enough. She has earned some r.v. relaxing time herself now. Thank you so much.

I would've liked to have given 5 stars because the sales team is great, but once we bought the RV the customer service disappeared. The service department is a nightmare. It seems no one knows what's going on. I requested an appointment through the website to have the RV looked at. I received an email with an appointment day and time. I received a phone call the same day to set an appointment for a later date. I then hear someone in the background yelling that he already set an appointment with me. It appears they don't have their act together. Previous to that my husband and I have called multiple times, left messages, and never get our calls returned. Our brand new RV had issues within months of owning it. After a year of calling and getting nowhere we were finally told we were not under warranty anymore and we could purchase the parts we needed. After talking to someone in the parts dept. we were told we would be given the parts free of charge when they came in. Never got a call. Called back and no one knew of our issue or the promised parts and we were back at square one. We ultimately traded in our 29' travel trailer to a 44' fifth wheel with another dealership.

We are full time RVers and stopped here to dump and get propane. The dump is free and easily accessible. The propane guy, Chris, was very friendly and accommodating- he kindly waited for us to finish at the dump station before he went back inside so we wouldn’t have to wait a long time for him to come back. Five stars for Chris!

Wish they had negative ratings...One is to highnnWe own a 2021 (yes... 2021... not a typo) Grand Design that we bought in June (2 months ago). The nice warranty we were promised was a selling point. We left for a few hours and came back due to rain to find our awning ripped apart from the bracket. Long story short, they will not stand by their product. They would fix it if we took it off of the blocks and had it towed in (At our expense). It was relayed that there is an awning dangling off the side, and the greater concern is for the safety of the kids at the campground, and not rain. I would have been satisfied with someone coming out to properly secure the awning in while we figured this out, but that was not even an option.
