Been using New Storage for 3 years. Wonderful people to work with! I know they are just storage units but go above and beyond to assist however needed ud83dude01. Best customer service I've received consistently for 3 years! I would give 10 stars if able.
I have been a customer for awhile now with 3 + units at times and this is what just happened. I moved to a smaller unit while working with a woman employee in July helping me best coordinate dates to reduce fees. She didn't remind me that I had to give a written notice to cancel a unit. Shorlty after the manager Mike called me to say that I didn't give a written notice and after I explained what happened he said he would waive it this time. Today he said he never said that, would never say that, has never said that to anyone and it was not the other employees job to remind me to give a written warning. I asked for the owners number and he laughed and said they probably won't talk to you anyway. Today I lost $78, but Mike did say he would coach the woman better and that you just can't make everyone happy.
Nobody stole my stuff yet.
Mike was great, their 10x10 climate control is awesome. You can even pull your vehicle inside to load and unload.
Good facilities but super shady security and maintenance crew tried stealing my car outta my closed locker
