First time trying a&w, will definitely be back. The lady at the drive through was polite and actually had a personality and didn't rush me. The food was great! Thank you.
I drove through for a mini recess polar swirl, what I got was a runny cookie dough that was not worth eating. Wasted $3 save 310 calories.
There aren’t many places these days where you walk in and all the employees drop what they’re doing and stop having their personal conversations to give you their full attention. Most just carry on like you’re not standing there. Even though there wasn’t another soul in the place, they greeted us quickly and everyone on staff was totally on it tonight! A&W has always been kind and helpful.
Three people including the manager on duty were standing around while only one person worked the drive thru. I sat in the drive thru for 15 mins just for a soda. Hopefully the manager gets a talking to on how to lead by example and be sure people are getting paid to work not stand around while people need to get served.
