CertaPro Painters did an excellent job on our house. When I contacted them I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who set up an appointment to set up an estimate. Within two hours I received a lengthy and comprehensive email describing their services and procedures. When Alan, the owner, came to our home to evaluate the job, he answered all our questions and asked numerous questions of his own. We were impressed by his depth of knowledge, professionalism, and friendliness. Before he left our house that day, he sat down and wrote up a proposal.nnAlan’s partner Neal came with the workers on the first work day, and we all walked through the project so that it was fully understood what needed to be done. The work itself took about a week, and it was excellent. The painters were careful, conscientious, and friendly. Not only were they skillful painters but they also repaired wood trim and stucco where necessary. We were very pleased with the result. Our ninety-year-old home looks brand new.
CertaPro is extremely professional -- they are maybe a little high cost wise, but worth it for the professionalism. Job site is left clean. Extras are suggested if needed. I had them do the outside painting for an elderly neighbor as well as drywall repair and inside painting. All were done flawlessly with no mess left behind. The workers are great to work with.
I received fast response to any inquires that I had and with always a smile. The preparation to the day of the arrival of the painting crew was easy to understand. The crew was also able to do wood and concrete repairs on the house, did not need to go else where for the whole job to be completed. The painting crew were very courteous and friendly and put in long work filled days. Every evening when they left the area around my home was clean.
The crew showed up on time and was very efficient. I have 4 cats and they were understanding of them. They repaired cracks in the drywall and even found some water damage that we didn't know was there and fixed that up before painting. When they were done they had me look it over and fixed some spots before I signed off. It looks fantastic and I'd hire them again in a heart beat.
They were on time, and did it all within one day, which I did not expect beforehand, and did a great job. Would recommend them to anyone. Salesman was nice and helpful and everything happened just as he said it would. The Crew Leader was friendly and knowledgeable and even recommended how to trim my front hedges. Cleaned up everything.
