Always been a fan of Toppers but recently it has gone downhill. I tried to order online at 2pm on a Tuesday and the site isn't accepting orders. No big deal - it happens so I call the store. I listen to recordings for 14 minutes and still no one has picked up to take my order. I'm understanding that times might be busy but come on - 2pm on Tuesday?
My order was almost exactly 2 HOURS late and COLD! Was definitely NOT impressed by the rude, unprofessional employee who i talked with over the phone. She was very Short with me and was rushing me stating she had other orders to tend to like mine wasn't important nor relevant enough to listen to. If I could rate ZERO stars, I definitely would!
Of the six employee's working only two had masks on and neither of them wore them properly..
This is one of the Very FEW places you can go to get something to eat Late at night. Friendly service and Very Clean.
If I could give zero stars I definitely would!!! When I originally set up my order I accidentally put cash instead of card and had to call the store to correct it the whole time I was on the phone the employee was very short and irritated with me, I never received my food, I order topper stix and two orders of wings it’s claims on the online tracker it was delivered at 3:31 am but I sat outside from 3:15am-4am and never once saw a car pass by I am very upset and will be contacting corporate regarding this, this is honestly not acceptable I hope whoever was suppose to deliver my food enjoyed it! $23 down the drain!!!
