I never complain, I work in customer service so I understand short staff and everything else. I order two sandwiches and it took over an hour for them to be delivered. I added avocado to a sandwich and that wasn’t done and requested to have one cut in half which neither were done. When I called to check on my order the guy who answered wasn’t apologetic or even asked to fix things. Thank goodness for other places in the area, I’ll be ordering from somewhere else
Its been an hour, and we haven't gotten our food. Every employee that we spoke with failed to mention the hour wait, and were short and rude when we asked if the order was on its way or not. Zero reason to be rude, this is your job, and we simply asked a question. The other Jimmy Johns down the river is way more polite and helpful.
WENT tonight 8/13/20 at 7:51 . Said my whole order w details wanted to enter my rewards . I was told by a boy w braids a mask And a guard that I couldn't order because I wasn't wearing a mask I said did you even hear my order he said no . I'm watching 3 other people order now w no mask And not being denied service !!!!
The workers are very nice and the food always tastes great!
All personal was rude, they didn’t gave me what I order and took too long to make sandwiches.. over all a horrible experience .
