Come here every few months for a haircut. Always great service. Paige cut my hair today and did the best job. Very customer service oriented. Goes above and beyond.
Jasmine was very thorough and paid attention to detail during my haircut. It came out fantastically.nThe service was on time and the shop was clean and attention was paid to social distancing by both staff and customers.nI will definitely come back in the future.
Had an excellent experience. Was able to get an appointment only a couple hours out, same day. Even then I was able to get in early due to another person being late. Jessie(possibly wrong spelling) was an amazing stylist!
My 15 year old son had his haircut and it was great. Everyone was nice and listened to how he wanted his hair and made sure it was what he wanted. Great place for men/boys to get their hair done.
Haircut and massage was good. Customer service was very poor! I walked in and wasn't greeted or asked how can I help you. The two ladies looked at me like who are you, and what do you want? I'm not sure if that's part of a theme? Like a treat men like trash, or your money isn't wanted here or what? Maybe if I was a regular i might've received slightly better treatment? Over all I'll never be back. I've been to better barber shops. Oh and the lady that cut my hair was very disingenuous towards me. Like she couldn't be bothered to talk to me.
