Latest update:nI upgraded to full body - any part I ever want treated!!! I love it. They hired two new providers Betsy and Randy and they are both wonderful! Destiny is the new front desk and I can't emphasize enough how friendly and kind she is. Honestly, I look forward to my appointments every time.nnVery friendly and welcoming. I have only done 3 sessions so far, but I already see results. I used to do waxing prior, so I haven't done the greatest shaving job, but the staff is patient with me. The lifetime guarantee is definitely comforting. Quick update :its May 2nd and I am at about 70% progress since the beginning. There was an issue for a couple months where the nurse quit an d I had substitutes doing my Brazilian, but now they have hired Karmen and she is awesome.
Recently finished my third session here at the Milan laser in Green Bay. Could not be happy with the service. My provider Randi has been extraordinarily meticulous and exceptionally present throughout treatment. The the admin Destiny has been beyond charming, attentive and helpful with every question, call and concern I have had. The manager Kelly (who is beyond wonderful) has worked with me to the point where the financial implications of laser feels like nothing more than a worthwhile investment in self.nnAbsolutely would recommend Milan Laser of Green Bay. The warm, inclusive and welcoming environment has made something which could have been quite terrible into an experience which I look forward to every five weeks.
I am so happy I found Milan Laser to start my hair removal journey! I had always contemplated laser hair removal and am so sad it took me as long as it did to finally make the jump to do it! The facilities are very clean and every staff member is so friendly and professional. I was very impressed by my free consultation and how detailed they were with explaining the process. I never felt pressured into selecting services. I went in with two areas in mind for treatment but I am so glad they discussed my “dream” package with me as well and gave me pricing plans for each option. I also loved being able to set up a payment plan so easily! I am only a few sessions in and am very impressed with the results we have achieved so far! It was also very reassuring signing up at a place that offered a lifetime guarantee on my treatments. I cannot recommend Milan Laser Green Bay enough!!!

Was super nervous about starting this journey, but all the staff made me feel very safe and welcome. Nothing about the process feels awkward because the staff is so amazing. They explain things very well and the place is very clean.
