It was wonderful kickboxing class for women and men, you'll feel it tomorrow and that's a good thing!
Unlike any other fitness place! Ellipse puts their clients first. One on one attention in a small group format for a fraction of the price of a personal trainer. Can’t say enough great things about this gym.
Love Ellipse Allouez, owner Heather and all of the staff are amazing. Even through the lockdowns they bent over backwards to help us stay active with Zooms and online workouts. They truly care about their customers.
Knowledgeable coaches in a friendly atmosphere. Great communication and alternatives throughout Covid-19 hurdles. Always able to offer suggestions to make exercises adaptable for those with medical issues or disabilities.
I wasn't sure if a group workout format was for me, but I actually really like it!
