They told me in an email that they would put me down to do some electrical work. She said I had confirm now because they were so busy they couldn't even come out to give me a quote first, so I said put me down for the work anyways. Two days before my appointment, I check if they are still coming since I hadn't heard back from them and I had already taken vacation off for that day and stopped looking for electricians. The lady tells me that they are sorry that they can't make it anymore...I already took off for that day and planned my week around it. It's hard to find an electrician but I know for sure that I will NOT be going to Metzler. Didn't even have the decency to notify me that they weren't coming...I had to check with them first...what kind of business does that?

Work was completed, however, they billed an extra hour. When calling to dispute the bill they would only knock off half an hour. Make sure to log when they come and go. I have my Security system logs which do not match their times.
