Men's Wearhouse

Grandparents and I went in had absolutely no idea what we were doing for my aunts wedding for a nice suit. As a woman I was nervous but they were very nice there. The suits turned out beautiful for my grandpa and I. The gentleman helping us was very nice and respectful about teaching us on how go fold the pants and how to wear our suits (how to correctly button the vests and suit jacket) and he had a good sense of humor while doing it. Highly recommend.

Terrible experience with this location in particular. Everyone in our bridal party who utilized this store had mistakes in their suits and when my fiancee was given an XXL shirt (when he normally wears a large), they told him there was nothing they could do and he should just tuck it in because then it would look fine. His pants were also way too short. The other men also had to get their pants and jackets reordered and hope they would come in on time for the morning of the wedding. Usually there have been much better experiences with Men's Wearhouse but this was terrible.

I am absolutely disgusted with how things went with this company. It was an absolute nightmare & everything that could have went wrong did. When we first went in to look at tux options we told the associate we wanted to look at both gray & blue as were not 100% on which color we were doing for our wedding. He completely ignored my request and just decided we were doing blue. I have never felt more frustrated/unheard in my life. We even asked the associate to see gray options & again we were ignored. My husbands pants for his tux rental were 5 times too big, my dads vest was 2x too big my nephews shirt wouldn’t even button which was found out 2 days before our wedding. My father & husband couldnt pick up the correct pants/vest until the DAY of our wedding. The ENTIRE groomsman party were given different prices some paid 242 and some paid over 260 which is absolutely ridiculous! 1 of our groomsmen was given the wrong vest not once but twice before it was corrected 15 minutes before our ceremony. The staff was in a rush to get everyone in & out. 1 of our groomsman didn’t even get to try on shoes, therefore had to wear an uncomfortable shoe the entire wedding. We were told different days as to which we could pick up the tuxes. Orig we were told we could pick up Wed as our wedding was Fri. Then we were told that we couldn’t pick up until Thurs. 1 groomsmans tux didn’t come in until the day before our wedding. I was also told that that would match the vests, ties, squares to our bridesmaid dresses as we used Davids Bridal. Well that never ever happened. I had to go into the men’s warehouse myself & pick what I thought was closest to our bridesmaids. I don’t fully know how/why the location we went to is still open. This was the most stressful part of my wedding and it literally had me in tears minutes before I was supposed to walk down the isle.nnAlso the trying to communicate with anyone at this company has been a total joke. 2+ days for a response from them only to address maybe one of the 10 issues with them. Don’t get your hopes up to have any issues resolved with this terrible company.

This store coordinated with their Madison counterpart to correct a mistake. They literally overnighted a fix for an employee's mistake and drove it to where I was the best man at a wedding. Definitely above and beyond.

I would highly recommend this store to anyone requiring the highest standard in customer service. Alyssa went out of her way to ensure my order was correct and even gave me a quote to bring to my employer (who was paying for it). She stayed under my employer’s budget cap and I received an amazingly comfortable and stylish suit (and many extras due to their sales promotions). I even bought two more suits of my own (one of which was custom). I couldn’t be happier with the service and quality of clothing at this store. They even went out of their way to make time to alter my suits quickly because I lived 3 hours away at the time.
