Awesome store! Great selection and awesome workers!
Today I bought a fog machine timer which was good. Only one problem it didn’t work with my machine. So I went to go return it and they don’t accept returns at all. So I hope this helps before you buy something that doesn’t fit or work and then find out you can’t return it.
This would of been a 2star as this is just like any other Halloween storeswhere you can tell the workers don't want to and you feel like you are inconveniencing them with any questions. although I did find a lady who was willing to help us and made our experience very good
Extremely poor customer service in store and out of store. Purchased a lightsaber, got home and it fell to pieces out of the packaging. Called the store multiple times and no one answered. Customer service online would not help with retail store issues.
Unfortunately couldn't find the costume my daughter wanted in the size she needs at near by Walmart. Went here and paid 10$ more for a lesser quality costume. Unfortunately didn't have time to wait for delivery off the internet. Store is dingy feeling. Spirit Halloween is way better. Overpriced store with barely any atmosphere of Halloween.
