This review is a few weeks late, but I had the best experience with Taylor. She was so pleasant and had great energy and showed me some beautiful dresses. I love how she engaged with my group. I was able to say YES to a beautiful Scallop V Neck lace dress. AND IT WAS ON SALE!! Thank you so much Taylor!!!

My experience for a first session was exactly what I needed. My stylist Lauren was wonderfully understanding to my indecisiveness and pulled many different options from my style quiz to personalize my preference while also putting zero pressure on me to purchase. She even explained return options in exchange for store credit since there was a particular dress on David's Bridal website they did not have in store. While I have not yet made my final dress decision, I have no inhibitions about purchasing my bridal, mother of the bride, or bridesmaid dresses from this comfortable and kind environment I experienced for this Friday appointment, especially with the wide range of gorgeous styles at several price points.

Savannah was our consultant. She was amazing. Our experience wasnwonderful. I found a mother of the bride dress, we got shoes and slippers.nShe was kind and helpful, but not pushy. The prices were great.nI would recommend going to David's Bridal

I had all three of my bridesmaids able to search for and try on the dresses that they picked! Taylor at David’s was really easy to work with and let us make our our decisions! It wasn’t stressful at all! Wearing masks was fine. And going on a Sunday afternoon was pretty quiet! Glad to have one more thing checked off the wedding to do list

So I hate to do this. I’m just really frustrated. I called a store that I live close to now to discuss a dress problem. I had to get it altered. And when the pandemic happened I just picked the dress up. I didn’t try the dress on right away because my event was cancelled. A few hundred dollar dress sits in the closet. I got invited to a wedding so I was going to wear it there but the dress was too small. And that made no sense to me because I lost a lot of weight. I called the Appleton store since I live closer and they were really nice and said they wanted to help. But since I got everything done in Green Bay- to see if I could get alterations done there. I got off the phone with a lady in Green Bay. First of all she was rude. And second of all she didn’t even seem to care. So. I’m down a few hundred dollars. And when I get married or need a dress for another event. I will not be going here. Which I doubt they care. But comparing this store to Appleton. Appleton was nicer. But I don’t think I will go through David’s bridal. People are supposed to know what they are doing. They clearly don’t. So yeah sorry but horrible experience.
