Definitely need some serious improvement on customer service. Tried twice to get fitted for uniforms according to their instructions and turned away both times. We're all on time limits and sometimes its very difficult to readjust our schedules.nnOther local uniform companies are no different. One would think companies as such would take great pride considering their importance in our lives.
Broadway has been using Bay towel as our Uniform provider for 30+ years. Customer service is fantastic. Follow-up on any concerns is prompt, and any issues are taken care of to our satisfaction. Their uniforms help make our team look awesome and professional. Highly recommended!
