Dan had exceptional customer service today at the Hansen Rd location in Green Bay. Our car battery died unexpectedly this morning. I called Batteries Plus to see if they had the battery we needed and if they could install it for us. Dan was so kind on the phone. He quickly informed us that they had the battery we needed and he said that he could install it for us. When we arrived at the store, we were greeted by a nice, female customer service rep and she got Dan for us right away. He quickly installed our new battery. Upon checking out, we noticed that the other two customer service reps were very kind and helpful to the people they were working with as well. We definitely recommend Batteries Plus to anyone!
Always have good experiences there, and the pricing is always in line or better on name brand equipment. Great employees, helpful, knowledgable, courteous.....so rare these days. Not my first time either, will be back!
Very knowledgeable and helpful with replacing my car battery. I was in and out in about a half hour. The staff was very friendly, and I would definitely come here for any battery needs again!
