This company is a scamud83dude21 Thier equipment malfunction and they do nothing but place blame, lie and charge $183.00 to have someone unlock it... PLEASE file with BBB and Consumer Protectionif you have had a similar experience..You can also dispute the charges with your credit card company...
Do not go through them, I've had nothing but problems with their equipment malfunctioning! I shouldn't be getting locked out when leaving work or stopping at a gas pump. And they'll just tell you it's something youre doing wrong. If im not consuming alcohol, I shouldn't be getting locked out period!
