Not a good experience. First off, the price is WAY too high. I’ll go back to the dealership next time. The price here was at least $30 more than the dealership. Next, the employees were ok. No smiles and warm welcomes here. Third, I’m pretty sure they lied to me at least 4 times. 1) they showed me my air filter that was”dirty” but in reality was changed recently and was pretty clean. 2) they pulled a ball of lint (from a pocket?) and claimed a mouse was building a nest in my air filter. Then why was there no nest material in the filter, or the filter chewed on? 3) they told me I was over my last change by almost 2,000 miles (I was over 1,000...that’s not that bad, look it up) but tried to tell me my engine needed a cleaner in the old oil. That would not do anything unless it was running for a few hundred miles. 4) they said I was a quart low. Pretty sure I would have noticed this on my dipstick.... and lastly, they put synthetic in and said I needed to be back in 3,000 miles. I looked it up online and saw the oil they put in could go up to 10,000 miles.nnI don’t recommend this place, there are way better out there.nnNote: I almost never leave bad reviews. So you know how serious I am here.
