A few months ago my #8 cylinder went out on my GMC Sierra 1500 as I was coming back from Tahoe. John was able to fit me into his schedule quickly, and had the repair done within the day! He was great to deal with, did an excellent job, and fair with pricing.
They came out and tried to pick up my car but by then it had no brakes! I had it towed to the shop.nThey did the repairs which were extensive and dropped the car off at my house again.nI am happy with their service.nThey do not charge for picking up and dropping off. I like that.nLou Cannella
We were driving to go visit a family member out of town and as soon as we got to Green Bay, a sound started to happen. It was so loud and caused us some panic.nnWe found the closest auto shop near us and asked if they could help. The front receptionist was super kind, very nice and professional and checked to see if a tech was available. It was 4:45pm and they were getting ready to close for day.nnJon the tech came out with a nice smile, cheerful attitude and said he would check it out. He drove it, heard the noise and decided to take it into the shop and put it up to see what was going on.nnNo less than 5 minutes he came out and showed us what had happened. He made it safe for us to drive back to Sheboygan for our regular mechanic to work on it and didn’t charge us a thing! Thank you Jon for your help and thank you to Al Huss Auto & Truck Repair for being able to help us in a time of need!nnSafety was their top priority!
Would trust them with anything with an engine. They are very reasonable and fair. John the manager kept me posted every step of the way. Highly recommend!!!!!
Al Huss and John and his team at the GB location were excellent. We took in our Dodge Ram for some fairly sizable repairs.nThe communication, professionalism, and follow up to ensure we were satisfied was outstanding!
